The location was unbeatable and awesome, within easy walking distance of a shopping mall. The room with 2 queen beds.

It was in a central location, near shops.

It was reasonably clean, everyone was pleasant. Loved staying at the double room with the flowers, Buffet Breakfast, for instance. Central location was a plus. We had a such wonderful stay at this family-friendly hotel.

Overall awesome stay for a night when the street were to slippery to continue our journey.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was comfy close to mall. The staff were all superfriendly and courteous. Breakfast for more eggs to be made. Location: the venue was just off bread, butter, jams, great restaurants and crabby. I found nice Five Guys by accident, it was within walking distance of the hotel...

The holiday inn express, plattsburgh offers clean, comfortable rooms with a great selection of pillows. The staff was friendly, especially during check-in and breakfast service. The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and only about 70 miles from montreal. I really enjoyed the variety of breakfast options!

two lights were burnt out and toilet would not flush

People were nice,rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. Good location.

Wifi did not work well and when I phoned front desk,not much help there. Hers worked and that is all she cared about. Morning staff was much nicer and went out of her way to help.

It was just an appropriate option for strolling around in Plattsburgh with good value considering price it charged. The front desk was really helpful, providing information about breakfast options for someone with dietary restrictions. If you're looking for simplicity and decent amenities, this place fits the bill.

There are many places to eat nearby. There are shops. There's a pool, though I haven't used it. There's breakfast, though it's scarce, but you can have a snack on the trip. The girls at reception and in the dining room are friendly and responsive.

Pretty good breakfast

Every 20 min. or so the air conditioner made a sound like someone was closing a bedroom door. Also window faces east and curtains not strong enough to block light. Comfortable clean beds

The room was with a microwave, small refrigerator, free wii fi hookup, and furniture included desk with chair and small table as well. The air conditioner was relatively quiet and bed and bedding was comfortable. The price including a nice breakfast was very reasonable. The location right off interstate made it perfect for our overnight visit. The desk clerk was friendly too.

The improvement to the room would have been a quieter bathroom fan which was on when light was on so one couldn't leave the bathroom light on with door ajar at night and perhaps the room could have been a little larger.

The beds were very comfortable

Not boater friendly none of the outside outlets worked and I travel with my boat
